Access to mobile technology has become increasingly prevalent worldwide, transforming the way people communicate, access information, and engage in economic activities. However, there is a significant digital divide in rural areas of the Philippines, where limited access to mobile technology hampers opportunities for economic growth and development. This project proposal aims to conduct a comprehensive study on the role of mobile technology in creating livelihood opportunities in rural Philippines, with a focus on identifying strategies to bridge the digital divide and promote sustainable economic empowerment.
