Vodafone Teams Up with Celfocus to Launch AI Tool for Global IoT Monitoring – The Fast Mode

Vodafone IoT is maximizing the quality of its global managed IoT connectivity service with the launch of an Artificial Intelligence platform, which continuously analyzes the operation of customer services, and with machine learning algorithms, detects in near real-time any variations such as network performance fluctuations, latencies and other important performance indicators. The tool was developed with Celfocus and further features are to be announced in the future.

Vodafone leverages the tool to both proactively optimize service and provide immediate information on critical data to support teams that communicate with customers to speed up problem resolution. Specifically, the platform has the ability to identify service variations by monitoring and learning from previous customer data traffic patterns, while analyzing network and service availability in more than 180 countries, providing alerts when necessary.
