The 29th meeting of the ITU Council Working Group on WSIS: Implementation of Outcomes (WG-WSIS) will be held on 12 October (09:30 – 16:15) and 13 October (AM), in Room H, at the ITU Headquarters, in Geneva. Switzerland.
The WG-WSIS was created in 2002 with the aim to facilitate membership input and guidance on the ITU implementation of relevant outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), and to elaborate proposals to the Council that may be necessary for adapting ITU to its role in building the information society.
