Plans emerged last fall for a possible hotel/apartment development on the site of a vacant former SeaTac mobile home park, The Firs, a little south of Angle Lake Station. The proposal for 20446 International Blvd. depends on an upzone from the city, which issued a SEPA determination of non-significance this week.
