The keynote will take place on Tuesday, September 26 at Sherbrooke 688, room 1041, from 12:00-2:00 pm and lunchboxes will be provided by Kahnawake-based catering company, Messy Kitchen.
Talk Description:
“As a fairly new Indigenous academic who has had 20 years of a rewarding life and career outside of academia, I decided to make my “other life” a strength and the basis for my studies and research. Some of us didn’t go into graduate studies right away but took a winding path serving our communities. Let’s celebrate that – it all counts!”
