As per Kaspersky’s latest study, “Connecting the future of business,” more than 50% of enterprises incorporate artificial intelligence (AI) and Internet of Things (IoT) technologies into their business processes. This widespread adoption underscores the growing significance of AI and IoT in modern business operations.
With 33% of businesses planning to incorporate AI and IoT within two years, experts stress the importance of investing in top-notch cybersecurity solutions to safeguard these technologies effectively. The study involved 560 senior IT security leaders from various regions, including North America, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, Russia, and the Asia-Pacific.
The research also found that 54% of companies currently utilize AI, while 51% employ IoT. Moreover, one in three businesses intends to adopt these technologies within the next two years. Regarding data spaces, 32% of companies currently utilize them, and almost half (49%) plan to integrate them in the foreseeable future.
