Samsung India on Friday announced the launch of a new Premium Experience Store at The Mall of Asia in Bengaluru. The company intends the new retail location to cater to customers in the Northern part of the city.
The new store is spread across 1,200 square feet and is intended as a one-stop shop for both sales and service.The store will allow users to experience some of the latest Samsung products alongside a SmartThings station, Gaming zone, an audio-visual zone, a wearables section and a smartphone section that will have the company’s latest flagship smartphones — Galaxy S24, Galaxy Z Fold5 and Galaxy Z Flip5
Along with the launch, Samsung announced a limited-period offer where customers buying from the store will get assured gifts, twice the loyalty points (on transactions above Rs 15,000) and even free Galaxy Buds FE with certain devices.
The first 200 customers who purchase Samsung products worth Rs 20,000 from the store will get early bird giveaways. The store will also offer student discounts of up to 10 per cent on smartphones, laptops and smartwatches and up to 22.5 per cent cashback and Rs 22,000 in additional benefits on some items.

We aim to captivate local shoppers with immersive and uniquely tailored premium product experiences. Our newest store is dedicated to engaging Bengaluru’s diverse consumer base by hosting ‘Learn @ Samsung’ workshops including productivity masterclass, portrait photography, nightography, and photo editing sessions that cater to various passion points,” said Sumit Walia, vice president of D2C business at Samsung India.
