Recognising diversity of contributions among priorities to make academia more appealing, says European network
In response to a European Commission consultation, a group of research universities has set out measures it believes are key to making careers in academia more attractive.
The Young European Research Universities Network published its response on 6 February, setting out what it said were “three pivotal steps” that should be taken: celebrating diversity, providing support and empowering universities.
