South African Tourism has formed an industry-led Advisory Committee to enhance the planning and execution of Africa’s Travel Indaba 2025, which takes place from 12–15 May in Durban. This panel, consisting of key sector representatives, will meet weekly to refine exhibitor and buyer engagement, logistics, and programme enhancements. The committee includes representatives from ATTA®, SATSA, Classic Portfolio, Sun International, Marriott, and Tourvest, ensuring a well-rounded industry perspective in shaping Africa’s premier travel trade event.
ATTA®'s Membership CEO, Kgomotso Ramothea, a member of the committee, emphasised the importance of collaboration in positioning Africa as a leading global destination. Other committee members echoed their commitment to making the event a world-class platform, showcasing the continent’s tourism potential while fostering trade opportunities.
