How does the volume of contracts look for 2024 compared to previous years, is there an increase?
Now, as we approach the end of activity for 2024, we can say with full conviction that compared to last year, we have seen a significant increase in the volume of contracts.
This is due to the expanding demand for technological services and undoubtedly our commitment to providing new and personalized solutions to clients.
For us, quality and maintaining the standard of service are very important, which translates into trust in our clients and, of course, in increasing the volume of contracts.
How is business demand for technology investments showing up? Is it increasing or decreasing? What are the innovative services that the company brings?
The demand for technology investments has seen steady growth, especially in solutions for automation and process optimization.

The industry in which we operate is constantly changing with new developments and for this reason, we also focus on the field of research, which is very closely related to all the points I mentioned above.
Based on your analysis, what is happening overall with the labor market, both with human resources and with the supply of jobs? How is the demand for young people to work in IT compared to the supply? Are you encountering difficulties in recruitment?
The technology job market in Albania is expanding and we have seen it in the concrete cases of our company. The demand for young people in IT and programming fields is high, but the offers for positions have also increased.
As I mentioned earlier, maintaining standards is very important for the “Final Product” for us, therefore, we often encounter challenges in recruitment, as employees are required to have undoubtedly advanced specialization and skills in accordance with the positions for which they apply.
Investing in young people is also very important to us, which is why we focus on talent development through the Soft Academy and internal programs to ensure prepared human resources.
How are you managing, with this high movement of human capital in IT emigration, to ensure service quality and fulfill contract volume?
To maintain the quality of services and fulfill our commitments to clients, we invest in the development of our staff, through training programs, qualifications, international certifications and competitive salaries.

In your opinion, does the Information Technology market in Albania have further development potential to play a significant role in economic development? What are the factors that give an advantage to its development, and which are those that hinder it?
The Information Technology market in Albania has great development potential, just like in other international countries, contributing increasingly to the country’s economy.
The main advantages are technologically educated youth and competitive investment costs. The factors hindering the further development of this industry would be slightly related to the share of emigration of specialized young people.
What are the effects of using Artificial Intelligence? Has it helped automate various processes and develop new technologies, or has it created challenges for the labor market and human resources?
The use of Artificial Intelligence has brought significant advances in process automation, facilitating many operations and improving efficiency in our services.
However, it has also brought challenges to the labor market, as it requires new qualifications and continuous development of staff skills.
For this reason, we have carefully evaluated and paid special attention to investing in training to keep staff prepared for this transformation.
One of our main company policies is to work closely to improve everyone’s performance at work.
For this reason, our staff has also responded to the same point and desire to be part of these certifications and trainings for the next steps.
