The 30th meeting of the ITU Council Working Group on WSIS: Implementation of Outcomes (WG-WSIS) will be held on 7-8 February 2017, at the ITU Headquarters, in Geneva, Switzerland. The meeting is open to ITU member states and sector members.
The WG-WSIS was created in 2002 with the aim to facilitate membership input and guidance on the ITU implementation of relevant outcomes of the World Summit on the Information Society (WSIS), and to elaborate proposals to the Council that may be necessary for adapting ITU to its role in building the information society.
