IFLR is delighted to reveal the finalists of the fifth annual IFLR Africa Awards.
For the second year in its brief but glittering history, all the winning deals, firms, in-house teams and lawyers will be presented at the IFLR Africa Awards ceremony in South Africa, which this year will be take place at the Mount Nelson in Cape Town, South Africa, on March 27.

IFLR’s awards are unique for their focus on legal innovation through dealmaking, be it by testing new legal frameworks, creating new structures, or setting benchmarks for others to follow. We strive to celebrate legal ingenuity that improves the cross-border investment environment.
The 2025 Africa Awards will highlight some of those most notable of those achievements of 2024 from across the African continent.
