The GovStack.github.io states: every project start(s) aligning with something termed as Prioritization — Involving Feasibility and Importance.
From this concept, I was able to relate to: The Decision Book, found from WHSmith.
According to The Decision Book, a person making a decision needs to understand what is holding you, and what is pulling you?
“This is called the Rubber-Band Model”
In most of the Business Plan(s), you will see the client or end-user requires something such a Service or a Product to be able to measure the outcomes.
Any Service or the End Product could be Staged according to 3 Simple Stages:
The key things I noted from the Digital Investment Framework(s) offered by the DGA are categorized into: Core Investment Areas, that focus on the Operational Part of An Enterprise Solution, Superficial Investment Areas that are ones predominantly focusing on Process and Data Part of an Enterprise Solution.
Some of the examples of the Solution(s) proposed are given in:
One such example using the DGA Model, is provided below:
Also, From Several Metrics and Quality of Service (QoS) required for the Proposed Solution, I was able to device a model that maps from the Evaluation Metrics through to the Core Investment Areas, to the Superficial Investment Areas
The Market Research involved how to assess the Feasibility Studies: such as the Gap in the Market Analysis, and then, move to Importance Criteria involving the Features of the Solution, and Delivery Stages.
Such an initial Market Research could be formed from a Vision Document of any Business, or an Annual Report where Predictions and Targets are mentioned.
To Measure the Market, a very Small Deliverable such as an Initial Outcome of a task, could be deployed to a client-facing endpoint or a User-facing one. Some Analytics Software(s) that sticks to PPC or Pay-Per-Impressions, must take care of such deliverables.
In Logo Building phase, the best advice is to create the Logo, from a software such as Blender or 3D software, that can optionally import 3-Dimensional Models. From 3D Models, it is easy to generate a desired 2D Logo.
